Redemption Rescue Ministries is a non-profit company whose main focus is to stop human trafficking in its tracks. Based on a Christian foundation, it was important to reference this somehow in their logo.
The cross is worked into the m, and actually acts as a double image. It is the "m" of RRM, and it also looks like a person's torso with a crucifix around their neck.
